MEKAI Games is an independent Italian studio developing video games for PC and mobile. We are looking for creative people who want to collaborate, share ideas, and help us create and improve original games.

Our goal is to build a genuine community where developers and artists can meet, exchange knowledge, learn from each other, and work together on interesting projects. We also want creative work to be valued properly, with the long-term goal of building opportunities that can become financially sustainable for the people involved.

Who we would like to meet

We already work with several collaborators. Some contribute occasionally to specific projects, while others have officially joined the MEKAI Games team.

Experience is welcome, but passion, reliability, creativity, and the willingness to learn are just as important.

The type of collaboration, responsibilities, credits, schedule, and compensation depend on the project and the person involved. We discuss every detail transparently before work begins.

A collaboration may start with a focused task or a small prototype. The aim is to find a practical way to work together, understand each person's strengths, and build trust over time.
