Privacy Policy
Effective date: 12 October 2026
- Tidy Tiles has no accounts, and we do not collect personal data on our own servers. We have no servers.
- Your progress is saved only on your device.
- Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which uses device identifiers and usage data. Where the law requires it, Google asks for your consent first.
- You can change your ad choices at any time from Settings > Ad privacy in the game.
1. Who we are
Tidy Tiles ("the game") is a mobile puzzle game developed and published by MEKAI GAMES ("we", "us"). MEKAI GAMES is responsible (data controller) for the processing that it decides on, as described in this policy.
- Website: https://mekaigames.com
- Contact: mekai.official.games@gmail.com
2. What the game stores on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the game saves a file on your device with:
- your progress: the rooms you have cleaned, the gifts earned in each room, the rooms you skipped, the daily room and seasonal event progress;
- your game items: hints, gifts spent on your home, the robot's color and hats, the daily gift and the items you own (for example Remove ads, Welcome pack and Unlimited undo);
- your settings: music and sound volume, vibration and language;
- game statistics and achievements, total play time and whether you have already been asked to rate the game.
This file never leaves your device and is not sent to us. We have no accounts, no servers and no analytics of our own. The file is deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data. Permanent purchases (Remove ads, Welcome pack, Unlimited undo) can be restored with Restore purchases; other progress cannot be recovered once deleted.
The game works offline. It connects to the internet only to load ads, to process purchases with the App Store or Google Play and, on iPhone and iPad, to talk to Game Center.
3. Advertising with Google AdMob
The game is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google Ireland Limited (for users in the European Economic Area and Switzerland) and Google LLC (for users elsewhere). There are two kinds of ads: rewarded videos, which you choose to watch for a reward (for example hints or skipping a room), and full-screen ads between rooms after the first few rooms. Any purchase turns off the ads between rooms.
To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK included in the game collects and processes:
- device and advertising identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID or, on iPhone and iPad, the IDFA if you allow tracking;
- your IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
- information about your device and the app, such as model, operating system, language and app version;
- your interactions with ads, such as ads shown, taps and videos watched;
- diagnostic and crash data about the ads SDK.
Google uses this data to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and, only if you agree, show ads based on your interests. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can read how Google uses information from apps that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
4. Your consent and how to change it
- When you open the game for the first time, before any ad is requested, Google's consent tool (User Messaging Platform) checks whether a consent choice is needed where you live. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it shows a message where you can accept, refuse or manage your choices.
- You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Open the game, open Settings, then tap Ad privacy. The button is shown wherever a consent choice is required.
- Refusing does not limit the game in any way. You may still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
- On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads, depending on the device).
5. Apple App Tracking Transparency (iPhone and iPad)
On iPhone and iPad, the game asks for your permission with Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) can be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. Google's consent tool may show a short explanation first. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the IDFA is not available to the game or to AdMob, and ads are not based on tracking. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
6. Game Center and ratings (iPhone and iPad)
If you are signed in to Apple's Game Center, the game reports the achievements you unlock to Game Center so that they appear in your Game Center profile. Your Game Center account is managed by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we do not receive your Apple ID, name or email, and we do not store Game Center data anywhere other than your device. Once, after some play time, the game may show Apple's standard rating prompt; Apple decides whether it appears and handles your rating.
7. Purchases
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your card number, bank details, billing address, name or email. The store only tells the game that a purchase was completed, and the game keeps this confirmation on your device to deliver the item. Payments are covered by Apple's and Google's own privacy policies.
8. Children
Tidy Tiles is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. In the European Union, the age at which you can give consent yourself depends on your country (between 13 and 16; in Italy it is 14). If you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian before making choices in the consent message. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the ads in the game, contact us at mekai.official.games@gmail.com and we will help, including with requests to Google.
9. How long data is kept
- Data on your device: until you uninstall the game or clear its data.
- Data held by MEKAI GAMES: none. We do not keep any data on servers.
- Data processed by Google AdMob: kept according to Google's retention rules, described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/retention.
- Game Center data: kept by Apple according to Apple's rules.
10. Your rights under the GDPR (European Union)
If you are in the European Economic Area (or in the United Kingdom or Switzerland, under similar laws), you have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before;
- lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (https://www.garanteprivacy.it).
Legal bases: personalized ads, and storing or reading information on your device for ads, are based on your consent. Non-personalized ads, frequency capping, fraud prevention and security are based on the legitimate interest in keeping the game free and safe. Because we do not hold your data, most requests concern data processed by Google or Apple. You can exercise them directly with them through their privacy policies, or write to us at mekai.official.games@gmail.com and we will help.
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case it relies on the safeguards described in its policies, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Security
Communication between the ads SDK and Google is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). The save file on your device is protected by your device's own security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if the game changes. The new version will be published on this page with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we will point them out at the top of this page.

- Sito web: https://mekaigames.com
- Contatto: mekai.official.games@gmail.com
- i tuoi progressi: le stanze pulite, i regali ottenuti in ogni stanza, le stanze saltate, la stanza del giorno e i progressi degli eventi stagionali;
- i tuoi oggetti di gioco: aiuti, regali spesi per la tua casa, colore e cappelli del robot, il regalo giornaliero e gli oggetti che possiedi (per esempio Rimuovi pubblicità, Pacchetto benvenuto e Annulla illimitato);
- le tue impostazioni: volume di musica ed effetti, vibrazione e lingua;
- identificativi del dispositivo e pubblicitari, come l'ID pubblicità di Android o, su iPhone e iPad, l'IDFA se autorizzi il tracciamento;
- il tuo indirizzo IP e la posizione approssimativa che se ne ricava;
- informazioni sul dispositivo e sull'app, come modello, sistema operativo, lingua e versione dell'app;
- le tue interazioni con gli annunci, come annunci mostrati, tocchi e video guardati;
- dati diagnostici e sugli arresti anomali relativi all'SDK pubblicitario.
- accedere ai tuoi dati personali e riceverne una copia;
- chiederne la rettifica o la cancellazione;
- chiederne la limitazione od opporti al trattamento;
- chiedere la portabilità dei dati;
- revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento, senza pregiudicare il trattamento avvenuto prima;
